SigmatConflux™is a SaaS-based platform developed, owned, and managed by SigmaT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. ("SigmaT") for construction and infrastructure project management. By accessing, using, or subscribing to SigmaTConFlux, you ("User") acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding Terms and Conditions:

1. Platform Access and Fees: Access to SigmatConflux™is subject to applicable subscription fees. Failure to pay the applicable fees by the due date may result in suspension or termination of access, including data access and services.

2. Data Ownership and Responsibility: All data entered, uploaded, or processed on SigmatConflux™remains the sole and exclusive property of the User. The User bears complete responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, validation, and use of such data and any decisions derived from it.

3. Service Provision and Limitations: SigmaT provides SigmatConflux™solely as a technology platform. SigmaT does not provide professional, engineering, architectural, financial, or legal advice. Platform uptime and availability are on a best-effort basis and not guaranteed.

4. Zero Liability and Absolute Indemnity: SigmaT, including its affiliates, partners, investors, directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of SigmaTConFlux. The User shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SigmaT and its affiliates, investors, and directors from any claims, damages, liabilities, or costs arising out of misuse, reliance, breach, or violation by the User.

5. Modifications and Termination: SigmaT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the platform or these terms without prior notice.

6. Compliance and Hosting: SigmatConflux™is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with enterprise-grade security and compliance, including adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with applicable laws.

7. Marketing and Communication: By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User consents to receive marketing, transactional, and informational communications via email, SMS, or other communication channels used by SigmaT

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising from or related to SigmatConflux™shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
