The data entered, uploaded, or processed through the platform remains the exclusive property of the respective organization or user. SigmaT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. does not claim ownership of any client data and acts only as the technology enabler for managing and maintaining the platform infrastructure.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, validation of reports, and outcome interpretations based on their internal processes and governance mechanisms. SigmaT Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.
